In 2020, we updated our travel design program and launched Travel Like Never Before, our signature acquisition and onboarding process for all leisure, group, and non-profit travelers. This program consists of four unique phases, each one specifically designed to help us customize your trip and execute the creative details with our team.

As a boutique agency, we offer a variety of travel design packages along with a la carte features and VIP services. Our desire is to meet you wherever you are in the travel planning process and to assist you along the way.

This new streamlined technique consists of three onboarding track options and four easy-to-understand phases that enable our clients to walk through the travel design process seamlessly from dream to destination!


Travel Like Never Before Design Plan Tracks

Leisure TRAVEL

This track is curated for all leisure travelers who are interested in any of our deluxe or luxury travel design plans. Travel budgets begin at $3000 for deluxe packages. Our higher-end luxury packages begin at $10,000 and feature 5 star hotels, VIP services, and Virtuoso amenities.

GROUP TRAVEL

This track is curated for all group travel. Ideal for business incentive trips, wedding destination parties, and large family groups.

NON-PROFIT TRAVEL

This track is curated for all non-profit travelers who are interested in any of our packages. Ideal for missionaries, ministers, and mission teams.

Travel Like Never Before Design Plan Phases


PHASE 1: DISCOVERY

This first phase of the Travel Like Never Before Design Plan allows us to become acquainted with you and to see if you are a good fit for our travel advisor team. During this stage, potential clients fill out an application.

PHASE 2: ONBOARDING

If we’ve approved your application, this second phase provides us the opportunity to determine your trip design customization package, discuss execution details of your travel plans, and officially welcome you as a client.

PHASE 3: TRIP DESIGN

This third phase is where all the action happens! Our team will be working diligently on your trip design and will be in regular communication with you regarding details or revisions of your trip.

PHASE 4: DOCUMENTS & DELIVERY

This final phase completes the Travel Like Never Before Design Plan process! Your final travel documents will be compiled and released to you.

JSO Travel is a boutique travel agency and advisor team with high standards of excellence and client compatibility. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in every detail of your trip. However, in order to achieve that goal, we must first determine whether or not we are a good fit for you and vice-versa. Many important details are required to customize travel, and we select clients who best fit within our client portfolio and industry expertise.

AVAILABILITY

Since JSO Travel is a boutique and luxury agency, our availability is based upon our current client bookings. All applications are considered in light of the availability of our team. Completion and submission of a client application and payment of the non-refundable client application fee do not guarantee a spot in our booking calendar. Once we’ve received and reviewed your application, we will determine whether or not we have the availability to work with you at this time.
