1. Are travel consultants a thing of the past?
Absolutely not! With our extensive knowledge, connections, and personal experience, we have everything at our fingertips to customize a seamless trip on your behalf. Booking with a travel advisor allows you to work one-on-one with a knowledgable professional who is well-versed in the travel industry. We strive to find the best value and connections on air travel, we have partner relations with several hotels across the globe, and we are able to provide last-minute availability, negotiated contracted rates, and VIP service. While booking with a generic online system may seem easier, working with a travel consultant actually SAVES you time and money. 2. Do you charge fees for your services?
Yes. As in any professional field, I charge fees for my time, resources, and expertise. For a custom quote, please contact my office.
3. Do you provide additional travel services other than air and hotel?
Yes. We are a full-scale travel consulting company. I can do anything from a simple airline ticket to a trip around the world.
4. My company requires many of the employees to travel frequently, both in the US and abroad. Do you facilitate corporate travel?
Yes, absolutely. With our back-office systems, we can handle all aspects of corporate travel and provide credit card reconciliation each month, accounting reports, and saving expenditures.
5. I enjoy traveling in style and luxury is a must. Do you book high-end travel?
Oh yes. In fact, this is my speciality! With negotiated rates, airline contracts, personal relationships, and concierge service, I can provide you with the dream of a lifetime and make you feel like the only traveler in the world.
6. Do you book group trips for non-profit organizations?
Yes, I book non-profit trips all the time with an emphasis on missions and humanitarian efforts. Contact my office for a quote.

TRAVEL PROCEDURES
1. Where do I obtain a passport?
Please visit www.travel.state.gov and download the appropriate documents for a US Passport.
2. What is the required check-in time for domestic and international flights?
Domestic flights are currently 1 hour for security clearance. However, due to a backup in security, the new suggested time is 1.5 hours. Depending on the destination, international flights are 2-3 hours check-in time. The suggested time for all international flights is 3 hours prior to departure.
3. Do you recommend purchasing travel insurance?
Yes, I do. In today's environment, travel insurance is a necessity for medical and unforeseen reasons.
4. Do you sell travel insurance?

5. What do you recommend for traveling with small children?
Anyone over the age of 2 years is required by the airlines to occupy a seat. Certain airlines do offer children's fares; however, none are offered domestically.
